*thanks for playing! the giveaway is now closed*
I'm still feeling that need for a mental health break, but I'm trying to pull it together for you all. I am, after all, constantly working with fabric. So I have plenty to share. But in case I fall off the blogging ladder, I thought I would share a little fabric to ...ahem... buy your love.
This pretty autumn rainbow was just begging to be grouped together from Laura Gunn's Painter's Canvas Prints. I've had the pleasure of working with her fabrics a couple of times now and I just had to share some with you all. There is about a 1/4 yard of each color here. Certainly enough to make a pretty something for the fall.
I've been working on a quilt for Laura's booth at Quilt Market and it's coming along. I think I'm ready to whip up a backing and start basting. Here's a little sneak peak. I'm using her new line Cosmos again along with some painter's canvas prints. I wanted to do a design that really shows off her fabrics well, so hopefully this will pop from far away and draw you to her.
So while I finish that quilt up, please take the opportunity to win a bit of her fabric. It's just such a pretty non-solid solid (otherwise known as a blender). I think I like it so much because secretly I want to be a painter but have NO skill in that area. So this way I can pretend I've painted something.
To enter for a chance to win, just leave me a comment letting me know your favorite thing about autumn/fall. Good luck!
